Well, this insane little creature with stitches on it's head basically falls in love with Salad Fingers and locks him in a cage where he ends up proposing to him. The creature has like one huge black eye and another small one, so that just adds on to the frightening effect. ><

It was mostly the creature that just freaked me out. xD
