I have heard that about Asian moms before. Such a shame; they could be so cool if they tried. Or stop trying. Whichever makes more sense.
My mom is pretty cool with it, as long as it's either A) making me money, or 2) I'm doing something else at the same time that makes money. So I work at K-Mart for 8 hours a day, then do music stuff for the other waking hours. Shower, sleep, wake, repeat. Haha. It's a good system so far.
Though I do hope to actually go to COLLEGE for Music Business sometime soon. I'm still trying to get crap sorted out in my head before I do that, but that is my ultimate goal. Because from there, I can do anything. Be a tour manager, a set manager, an advertising and/or promotional exec, a scout. Anything. That is what I want. AND I'd get paid for it!!

It is VERY hard to scare me off, lol. So I officially dub you a new friend!
I love doing what I do. It's not technically a job, because I don't get paid for it, but even still I consider it my true career. Music is my life, and working with bands is pretty much the only thing I've ever been good at. I'm so lucky that I just sort of accidentally fell into it last year when I was seeing a guitarist and helping his band with stuff. Then I just got addicted! Now I can't imagine doing anything else with my life!
And sour sweets happen to rock my world. ;)

Lol I'm not deleting it! Not deleting it as in getting rid of the story, I mean. I'm rewriting it, and replacing it. It's still going to be the same story, just with more to it. I'm going to add stuff, make the ending longer. Things are going to be set up slightly differently, but it's still going to be You Are Nothing What You Seem. It's just You Are Nothing What You Seem 2.0
