    I'm done...yes!

It took me so long, for me it doesn't work out right horizontal, then internet explorer was acting up because it did not "read" the code for the transparency...

IE has some serious issues concerning transparency!

I in the coding you know how its:

    about
    ?

    well I did this:

    About
    .
    blahblahblahblah

In the css coding I move the original hover down (only has one div), and created another one that it had two div's at the end

In the orginal hover (one div) I created a box that was the height and width of my profile, and made it transparent.

just look at my code, cause I don't think I described it too good.

I know what you mean about tile-y...but, for some reason I like them that way, it grew on me.

OMG, i made it too...you know how I said I didn't like photoshop? well I love the brushes...I made all of my background using different brushes. I have to credit the brush makers in my section

I think its because of my super different comments coding that it doesn't work out right...I don't know, i'll put it in one day and show you...oh and I figured out how to get space next to the scroll bar. Check out my profile now, its not done yet but the about me section is good...for now.

oh...for some reason, the comment thing doesn't work out to good in the hover box thing...I don't know why...I've tried to do it many times before, but each time it messed up!

    I found the perfect background!

mmm...I'm getting antsy about my profile...which means that something is going to change...maybe the entire thing, I'm still keeping the hover tho. Thats too good to give up.

I'm not going to do the journal...I thought about what you said, and it wouldn't "flip" right....

omg...omg, I just had a wicked sweet idea.

I could make a 'diary'...so here's how it could work, the "cover" would be like the cartoon I have now but instead the front of a diary.
I could have tabs sticking out on the side...the links, and when you hover over the link there'd be a background of an open diary, and I could position the text where I needed it.
Then on the next "link/hover/thingy" id' bee the same thing...then when you move off of the links, the book closes and you see the front...

    what ya think?

sure one or both of us can post about it.

ohh, I understand the problem I was having below, I was moving my mouse to slowly from the "links" to the "box"...If I move my mouse quickly it works.

Is that just the problem for me and my comp?

are your viewers supposed to be able to move their mouse into the box?

If so then you have to make the margin between the "links" and the box, because sometime it works for me and other times it goes back to the "front page"...or am I doing something wrong?

oh and about the classes thing go to http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/

and on the right hand side you'll see this: Menus - Multi-Level CSS Only

find the menus that say "drop line" or something like that, then look at the coding to see what he did. You won't break the copy right, because that code isn't really his, the entire menu is.

I swear, I even tell the people in my about section that if they have IE they need to get a new web broswer.

have fun, cause something messed up with my coding...if you look at my code, the only way it shows up good in IE is if I keep that thing at the top that says "keep here" if not it messes up.

maybe yours will work better, I messed up somewhere in my coding, but it looks good to the viewer so I'm not going to try to find the problem now.

When you save in Layout/html does it sometimes cut your coding in half, or delete some of it?

It does that to me all the time, and it did it not to long ago. I'm happy I saved my coding and that I had another window up with my profile in it.

    you'll figure it out...I promise.

I have to fix my nav's at the moment, I want them in a list not a line, but that won't take long to do...I'll be using a lot of
    's though.
