RIGHT, the button just appears after the month is up. It might not be exactly one month (like one or two days later it might show up) but once it does, make absolutely sure there are NO errors in your story before your click it.

ok, you have to first, fix EVERYTHING in all of your stories that is not acceptable (use the reporting system guidelines for help). Then once you have done all of that, you must wait one month (yes, you read that right, one month). Unfortunetly, the wait is sometimes unbearable, but worth it. Once the month is up, you will see a button that says "If you are absolutely sure that you are ready to be unbanned click THIS BUTTON" and once you click that, they will contact the editors/admins and they will unban you. I am really sorry that you got banned, it is no fun :( but I think it made me a better writer.
