OMIGOD!!! HOW MUCH IS IT???????????? I ONLY HAVE TWENTY BUCKS BUT I NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED THAT CD!!! i think i'll die if i dont get it...i have to get the deluxe version!!!!!!
I type without looking at the keyboard... that freaks me out. Well I normally write my stuff on the laptop but I write a lot when I'm out. My family and I go for walks/picnics so while they sit and chat I scribble down in my notebook.
Me neither really. My great grandma used to read half of a book then read the end so she didn't have to finish it. I sometimes do that. It's a very bad habit. But I write so much more than reading, because of the way I hold my pen the skin on my little finger is stretched. Cringe.
Music sort of runs in my blood too. All of my mum's side of the family play instruments so I guess I picked it up from there.
My dad works at Newcastle University in the Mechanics Department building machines, race cars etc. My mum works for the DWP (Department of Working Pensions). I don't really know where I get my love of English from... apparently I'm a lot like my great grandma.
Wow that sounds amazing! I absolutely adore music and play the flute but I don't really have enough talent to teach others. I bet that's really rewarding though.
The Big Issue is a weekly magazine that has different themes every week. It tackles really complex issues most of the time and is really insightful. They're produced and distributed to homeless people for free. They then try and sell them to the general public to try and make a sufficient income so they can try and improve their quality of life and get off the streets.
Generally it's a bit different from typical charities as they haven't fallen victim to physical abuse etc, but most have found themselves on the streets without any other alternative. I honestly don't know why I feel so strongly about this but I do. :)
I really should get a job but I'm not elligible for the minimum wage yet but I want to help out with this publication called The Big Issue. I'm not sure if you have it in America, homeless people sell it to try and get themselves back on there feet. I buy my off a really humble man in town, I could cry everytime I buy one off him.
No problem! lol... My comment was, like, a page long!!! I like doing that, though.
Hey, you like those Jonas boys, no? I'm reading a really good story about them! "I Just Want To Play My Music". Check it out, if you haven't already. It's finished!!!
I'm on chapter 23...
You know what you did to do!?! You HAVE to start the sequal to LOST! and SAVED! Like, right away!!!!! M'kay?!!!!!!
Yeah I'd love too. So which bank could I rob to pay for the flight? :)
I'm seriously penniless at the minute. What's worse is that my brother - Daniel, turned 11 yesterday and got £270 when I'm barely surviving. I'm not the best at handing money it goes in my purse and suddenly POOF!... gone.
Gahhh I'm quite jealous. I'd love to live somewhere I could get a decent tan.
My Dad's at work but the beach is within walking distance anyway.
Chemistry exam was okay, I went to the revision class beforehand but that was only really cause I have a tiny crush on my teacher. Shhh. :)
Just had my last exam. Long summer holiday now then the work starts all over again. Might go down to the beach later today. It's quite warm for once. (Quite warm being 10oc.) :)
