I missed the workout on Monday because I had to pick up my suicidal cousin from the hospital (please don't ask) and he made me stay for two and a half extra hours on tuesday to make up my Monday workout! And I'm not really a distance person, but my mile time is like 6:45. Pretty bad, i know.

hi! and haha, it's okay :) i'm curious about like everything, so i understand :P but i originally wanted it to be spelled as "medusa", like just regular, but that was taken. so the other day, i was reading about the myth and i found out that another accepted way of writing it is "medusae" so i tried that for a username and it was free :)
