Aw it's so sweet that you have her there to talk to, instead of having to go all the way to a cemetery. I haven't yet had the chance to return to the cemetery to visit him, as it's too far to walk and I don't have a license quite yet. I haven't had a chance to get up north and visit my other grandparents either. My grandmother on that side, whom I happen to be named after, passed away just about a year and two months before my Grandfather did, so it was hard losing them so close together, too. It's about an hour or two drive up and my dad hasn't had the work schedule nor the gas money to make the trip even though we've been holding onto a couple decorative arrangements for them (they're his parents, the grandfather I recently lost was my mom's father) I can only imagine how comforting it would be to have them as close as she is to you. :)
No I don't mind at all. We had pretty much the entire family here for the funeral and such and it gave me the greatest chance to get closer to one of my cousins. We spent the entire time together and just talking about what we remembered and things that had happened with our Grandfather over the years. It may seem like talking is the hardest thing, but sometimes it can be the thing that helps the most. After my cousin had left to go back home (he lives in another state) there was a memorial service at my church for people who had died the previous year or so and my grandfather was included in that, so my dad and I went. We got to keep the candle that had his name printed on a label and to this day I still light it, even if it's only for an hour or so. It sounds weird but it really helped alot.

The pay is horrible, but the people are amazing and it is seriously the best thing in my life right now XD I read about your bf in your journal. I'm sorry to hear it, but I'm glad you're not one of those MY LIFE MAKES NO SENSE NOW types of people about it. I AM SO JEALOUS OMG. BFMV came to America but skipped my state, so I had to miss them >:(
Dude, it's been forever! Happy birthday btw, whenever that was. I just noticed your profile said you're older than last time I saw it. Anyway, I've been pretty good! Got a job at a comic book store, been extraordinarily lazy with my writing. How are you?
We fucking OWNED Carnegie Hall!!!!! Seriously, it was absolutely amazing.
Yeeeeeeeeeeeah not so much. AP Government is going to be the death of me, I swear. If I get a 4 or 5 (5 is the highest) on the exam, then I get a college credit for it. If I don't... I suck.
Well Jesus, I'm sorry to hear that. I hope all is well now.
I've been fucking busy, let me tell you. My orchestra is taking a trip to New York in 6 days to perform in Carnegie fucking Hall!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited. To play Carnegie is a huge deal. Also starting to cram for my AP Government test. Blahhhhhhhhhh.
Anything new with you?
