Hehe don't worry about it :) I'm really bad at talking to strangers as well, at least face to face! Internet is so much easier haha

For action, just get a membership with a gym or something, and do that two hours a week, then you'll get a trainer to keep an eye on you and sign off on your sheet. That should be easy enough :)

And your service idea is really good - some people in my school also did stuff with primary school and worked as class helpers or something like that for the little kids. It's a good service.

Ahh, that sounds good :) I applied for unis all over England really, and one uni in Wales. I applied at LIPA (Liverpool), De Montfort (Leicester), Bournemouth, UWIC (Cardiff) and Brighton. In the end it was in between UWIC and Brighton.

I leave on Tuesday, and I'm really excited! I'm nervous, of course, but I think it will be great, and I can't wait for a new start. xxx

Ahh, yes, the dreaded CAS points. I guess I did okay in that area, as I finished all my CAS points within one year. For Creativity, I did Creative writing and Guitar. Action I played basketball, which got me way more hours than I needed.
But anyways, for Service I did several things. I co-coached the Under-12 Basketball Girls. I did a project called "Kittelbach Project" where we picked up trash from the local school tram stop twice a week during lunch. I was also on the Events committee (first year ever our school had that, whoop), where I helped plan and work at events the school was putting on.

In the end I had a lot of hours for Service.
I did my IB in Germany, but my sister just started hers now in Norway, and she's doing MUN (Model United Nation) and doing this thing with helping the mentally challenged kids in her school. There's always something going on that you can use for Service :)


About what I'm doing now that I finished the IB... well, I applied to 5 universities in England and Wales. I applied for some version of Event Management. I got 32 points in the IB, so I got into my first choice, which was doing International Event Management at the University of Brighton.
So basically, that's what I'm doing now.

Also, it's quite easy to get little jobs and summer jobs etc with the IB, as long as our employers know what the IB is ;)
