Well at least he tells you up front he wants to remain friends. That way it doesn't come as a surprise or anything and you can relax a little more around him. Besides, it also tells you he doesn't want to move too fast and wreck what you could've had.

I wrote an entirely new story that I haven't exactly finished yet. I'm almost there. I'm thinking it'll be part of a series of shortish books. Young Adult fiction... it might fall under chick lit, but I don't know.
