I'm using a program called 'ClassicFTP' which I downloaded straight from the Apple website :) I'll post the link below for ya XD

well, I use Microsoft Word for the fonts, I use some of my own backgrounds as well as premades and I use Text Edit for HTML to edit it all & for CSS, I use the normal CSS editor here on mibba :)
