I haven't been prescribed anything yet. I take Alleve if the pain isn't all that bad.. If it gets real bad I take a muscle relaxer called Cyclobenzprine. Works like a charm but... I usually fall asleep after taking it lol.March 23rd, 2011 at 07:54pm

Well, my spine hurts pretty bad tonight. Not yesterday but the evening before I had to lift something entirely too heavy and it set my back off to hurting. My other bones are doing okay today.. its just my spine :/

I didn't feel attacked or anything :) Its become habit to end things that way though because in the past if I don't say things like that my own friends won't leave it alone. And I feel the need to make sure people know that I do respect their opinion even if I disagree.
I felt it was a good debate though and I thank you for that. I love to have actual debates with others that aren't swayed with every other statement :)
