the characters are based on real people. Evan is me... with a few (LOTS of tweaks) Mae is my best friend (when she gets angry or vengeful) and Jared... he's sort of a mixture of my first boyfriend and a whole lot of "perfect boyfriend/husband" movies...
luke? character from an old time movie.

the original idea for this story came about halfway through watching "The Shining" in early december. my story was originally called "The Second shining"
buuuut. i took a guess that title's already been taken... that and it turned out to be totally different from what i assumed it would be.
the new title stems from me listening to the Evansescence version of Lacrymosa too many times. that and i like Mozart too, blame orchestra for elemenatry and middle school.

so..
that is 98% of the story behind well.. my story.
hope i didnt bore you to death. lol
