I've read a few Jodi Picolt, bu I feel once you've read one their all very smiliar in way of structure. There is no closure and your left to make up your own mind, I like the fact that is unsettling, but it irks me.

The Memory Keeper's Daughter sounds interesting, wha's that like?

At the current moment I am readin teh Time Traveller's Wife.

    lol I love anything supernaturalwise.

Frank Butcher is one of the leadng male authors in the genre, I love his Harry Dresden books because their realistic and his char is so funny.

Rachel Caine's Weather Warden and Outcast series are amazinf, you'll have to read them to see what I mean but the level of thought that has gone into her books are spectacular.

Jennifer Rardin is good, I don't really like vampires but her books are cool.

Patricia Briggs I think you'lll love, she's like Kelly Armstrong but a little bit better I think, her writing is easier to follow.

I love reading loads of different books, I was on a supernatral kick for a little while but I've started reading some award winning books and some of them are awesome, others are a little crap tho (I wrote a journal on The Brutal Art- because it was so lame)

Linwood Barclay is a fab ssuspense Thriller writer and you can never guess the seccret. He throws you with an event you can't comprehend and you can'tput the book down because you need to know the mystery.

lol I couldd go on! What about you

Well first off, you need to change your perspective of the world. You need to realize that your the creator of your own destiny and it's your life, not anybody else's so you need to treat it as such. That doesnt mean to disregard those around you but it doesnt mean to disregard yourself either.

Try not to focus on the negetive aspects of your life and rear yourself to the positive. Positive thoughts make positive outcomes. I know it sounds corny, but it seriously works once you believe in it. It doesnt mean to dwell upon the imaginary, but to be positive in a realistic way.

Everytime your tense or worried about something you said or did; remember the times were you pulled through.

Gaining confidence and social skills doesnt happen in a minute. You need to gain it step by step. Like for now, during class state your opinion on an issue. Smile at a stanger, comment in a greeting to somebody you've never talked to before. People will be more flattered, trust me. And the rare ones who ignore you and get snobby out are either assholes or even more scared than you. They arent worth talking to anyway.
Getting a part time job helps ALOT too, as you learn how to deal with different people, Meet many people, as well as earing a bit of $$ along the way.

I know this is random but I read your journal about how your shy and insecure, and I just wanted to let you know that I'd be glad to help you because I used to be like that. I'm happy to answer anything =)

    The usual.

Um, I don't think it's new, well actually I think last time I talked to you we were broken up, we got back together. Umm it's been about 8 months now. He's so sweet. He just got back from visiting his mom, he'd been away for a month, and oh god, lots of drama happened there [since when is our relationship not involving drama] but we're better and we have a stronger bond now. And it's just so amazing. x] [there are pictures of us in my photos section, I need to add a new one, I think I'll have someone take one next time he's over].

I'm a little eh too. Lots of drama fill my life, not really but it feels like that some days. But it mainly consists of me liking my best friends as more than friends and one's a girl and one's my ex-bf. Drama? Yes, lots.
