Surprisingly, Viatnamese tofu goes very well with mashed potatoes and stuffing. Hahaha :)

Tofu is very tastey. Especially in Vietnamese food!
Haha. We decided if making the tofurkey doesn't go well, we're going to go get Vietnamese tofu, because it's the only place that's open.
Hahaha... is it bad that we checked to see what asian food places were open as a precaution?

Haha. I don't eat meat.
But I'm SUPER excited for tofurkey!!!!
None of us can really cook (hence the constant takeout) so it's going to be really epic. Especially since tofu is no good when it's cooked wrong.
It's gonna be my first Thanksgiving without either of my parents. I should probably give my dad a call.

I heard it was too. My BEST friend went even though I couldn't with her BOYFRIEND just because he wanted to go.
I know it sounds selfish, but she said she didn't want to go if I couldn't and then she did and was all bragging about MY favorite band that she wouldn't even know about if I hadn't introduced her.

They've only come around twice at warped tour and then on the 8th at El Corazon... I told my friend when we were at Warped Tour NOT to let me miss them when we were watching a band on one stage, and of course he made me miss them. And on the 8th I was at my dad's :(
Hopefully next time there in Seattle I'll get to meet them.
