I've been told that Mr. Lang does the same thing. He's in charge of write club and the coolest hippie you'll ever meet, but apparently he's vicious as a teacher. It's rather odd.
He doesn't sound very pleasant...
Mr. Joy just flat out tells us that we're wrong and idiotic for thinking anything other than what he does. I'm so glad I don't have him anymore :)
If it makes you feel any better we also have our psychotically awful teachers. Like Mr. Palmatier who actually made it his goal to fail me and Mr. Joy who thinks everybody should have the same opinions as him and aren't worth his time if you don't. Or if you're female.
He actually did it for a fundraiser :) But apparently he found it to be extremely comfortable, so he just struck random poses all day. I think one included his desk..
It real was pretty awesome. And believe it or not, Mr. Lush is actually generally quite nice, even if he is a tad odd. Although I think the best one was Mr. Abraham in a dress XD
MR. LUSH!! (Who is half bald by the way) He was my brother's psych teacher and he would smack a kid's hand with a ruler every time he said a specific word so the kid would flinch every time he heard it. It was a good psychology lesson and rather entertaining for the rest of the students... We have weird teachers xD
But I can guarantee it won't, because you're just amazing that nothing like that will happen to you :)
I guess it's a bit more understandable, but still. And be glad she hasn't thrown anything at you. My middle school band director's husband passed when I was in eighth grade and she formed this habit of throwing things. Including her shoe once...
At least they're typically the same things. Less confusing that way :)
But it sucks that your teacher is taking her stress out on you. It's ridiculously unfair that so many teachers do that >.<
