I also suggest writing on paper as opposed to the bright computer for going to sleep.

Yes. Well I don't think that's the best idea because the lights and sounds often make people wide awake and it might just be the time taken from watching a dvd. I sudjest either reading or writing because it takes some effort and may make you think "Id rather go to sleep. But if that's really the only thing...

I think you could say that's some sort of insomnia. I think you need something to do every night that tells your body it's time to rest. For me it's eating something dinnerish I can't sleep if we have eggs for dinner.

I think it's also that ADVISORY think on your profile. You should make use of that hyper energy while you can.

It's true. Sometimes I forget your thirteen even though it's right in front of me.

OK I believe you but at least take some vitamin c or zinc if you don't feel like going to sleep. It's good to have something to look forward too.

Your sick? You should get some rest to feel better at your concert. I'm reading a beautifully illustrated legend Glass River. I'm a huge manga geek. I hope you have fun.

Well aren't you a giddy little munchkin all of a sudden. I'm just reading comics online. How about you? I don't mind hyper.

There is suicidehotlines.com I'll admit I don't know much about it but hopefully it's free and confidential. If not there are others that might be. There certainly are hard things about being female but; Just imagine being male where you are not allowed to show too much tenderness or your pain you need to be bold or people will laugh and shun you. It is socially exceptible to bother people you don't know but you have to choose not to but your friends are hurting others and your afraid if you speak up you'll ruin the fun and no one will like you. Will you submit to the temptation? I would call that pressure and you don't really know until your in that position. Another thing is since they are known to have the power people don't regard them carefully and scoff at there problems have you noticed how common it is to laugh at a man being raped? That's a reason I'm glad to be female even though it's a 1 in 5 chance for woman.

I hope I didn’t put that idea into your head when I told you not to tell your therapist about suicide. =/ It’s just… Yeah.
