Fun is good. I think that's why I never stuck with anything. At some point you hit a level and they want you to compete. I was apparently a very uncompetitive child.

November is almost over! Maybe next year... I'll have to take the year to prepare myself though. ahaha. Did you partake?

I do not compete. I used to do a few shows back in the day and I didn't do very well, but that's ok. I was in it just for the fun. Do you know what time it is?!?! NaNoWriMo!!! Maybe this should be our influence to get more writing done!! hehehehe :

I love horse riding outfits. Ahhh! One of the only acceptable times to wear white pants. lol. Do you compete? That's really great. I always wanted to bring my dog to the hospital as a therapy dog but he was always a little too rambunctious. Definitely the kind of dog to get a little too excited to help people get better. But I digress, I think I've read things about therapeutic horses. Seeing the kinds of effects animals can have on people are truly amazing.

I've written six pages. I'm going to let it sit for the night and hopefully I'll have it up tomorrow maybe... even though it's not Monday or Friday. I'm obviously one of those people who makes a schedule so I actually write but then don't stick to it. Forget about Tanek and the Prince. I'm team Alistair all the way. ahaha. But honestly, hearing someone else talk about the story and it not be in my head is so wonderful. I'm glad you're as hyped as I am. I've written and rewritten this story many times and started it years ago so I'm glad it's actually finally going somewhere. And of course, any and all suggestions are welcome(:

I've only played pool a few times at camp, so I'm not an expert at all! But it was a whole lot of fun! Now dressage is fancy! I want to try it sometime, but jumping is my absolute favorite! And I love to volunteer at a local therapeutic riding center. it's amazing to see the affect horses have on people with any time if disability whether that is speech impairment, depression, autism, or cerebral palsy, the list varies and goes on!

I hope you can break through your mild writer's block soon!! :) I kinda want 'Alec' to fall in live with the pirate, but at the same time with the prince! I can't decide who I want just yet. I really liked the prince from the little glimpse that we got of him. And I just can't wait to see how the whole marriage and pirates wanting to be able to travel the seas thing works out. Ugh! I just can't wait to see what twists you have for this story!! I love it so far!! Keep at it!

You play polo too!? How fancy. Sign me up! I wanna be fancy too. But in all seriousness, I've never met someone who tried horseback riding and didn't love it. I'll have to look into this.

Ahhh thanks. I've been writing all last night and tonight. Words do not seem to be coming to me... or maybe there aren't enough words to express what I want. Either way I'm so determined to bang something out soon.

It's never too late to learn to ride!! I find it very freeing. I always learn more about myself when I'm working with horses, because they are just like humans and reflect a part of ourselves. That picture is like 13 years old after a polo match at horse camp. I should probably update my profile at some point... lol :)

I have really enjoyed To Yonder and can't wait for your next update! I can't wait to see how the Prince and Alistair fit into the story. :)

You're in luck, while being on this hiatus I have been working and doing school work (but in between them I have written loads of chapters for the story)
