Maybe you could try doing what I do- write down your thoughts instead. Then when you're calmer you can read over them and maybe find the answers you've been looking for.
Alternatively, if you wrote some things down then maybe there's someone you could share that with? If people care enough to ask you questions, then there must be someone?
Yes, I can see how that must feel- if you care about others, it mustn't seem like such a big ask to have them care about you.
In truth, I'd say that people probably don't realise how bad you feel, or just how much you wish that they would notice and care. You can't always rely on people to make the first move.

thanks for the advice.
umm, there is no patching this up though. she lied a lot and avoided me. when i finally called her on it she wouldn't admit that she lied, even though I had proof that she had. plus, I did try to talk it out but she blew me off and really I won't tolerate being treated that way. so I'm done, but it does still hurt.
I'm probably going to try option C, lol.
