Foster Care.... well, thats also a touchy subject.
I've became real sensitive to comments concerning citizens with disablities in the past few years, as my mother works at a Rehabilitation Centre for people who've developed or have been born with disabilites... Some stories I hear touch your heart, and show that they deserve respect, just as we do.
