This might be a totally naive question but, is there a difference between Roman Catholic and Catholic? Or is it really just the same thing? (sorry if thats a really stupid thing to ask :} )

(Im a christian too. I've gone to Lutheran schools my whole life, but I prefer the lable "christian" instead of "lutheran")
