Actually, all the guitars my school uses for the students who don't have their own are nylon, and they're pretty new. And the guitar I first ever learned to play on was my dad's, and he got his from his music teacher 30 years ago... and she got it from her ATTIC. So his was several decades old, and he hadn't changed the strings once (he wouldn't, I don't know why! It killed my fingers), and they were steel-strings.
Well, my Ibanez was $200 for the guitar, acoustic amp, case, strap, extra set of strings, and replacement pieces. I'm not sure if they're still selling that kit, though.

I love the picture on your profile lol. I dont know if I mentioned that. Just the general genres, for example I have an arranged marriage story, werewolf, vampire, delinquent+cop, that sort of thing. ;]

Guy Ripley is so funny! I've only seen on episodes of TAI TV, does he do is own...show? I like his accent ^.^

I WAS going to go last year, but it didn't work out so I could, and I missed Cobra Starship! It was the ONLY date they were doing too, I don't know why though...^.^
It's okay about Less Than Jake, not everyone likes Ska...I do though! :) I am PUMPED for this year!
The good thing about Salt Lake, none of the concerts (that I know of anyway) are held at clubs, so they're pretty much all up for grabs for me. They're aren't even a lot of clubs and bars...hahahaha
