oh you hav et oget the radio upgrade at the kanto radio tower after getting the missing part for the electric compony, After getting the upgrade go to the snorelax, stand by him, go into the pokegear and pull the little circle in th radio part to the very top of the screen, It should say pokemon flute, then all you have to do is click on the snorlax to battle it. XD
