Thank you for the story comment. When I wrote this story, my intention was to sort of explain Ryan's decisions and maybe shed light on him as a person--I know when he left Panic, a lot of people blamed him for it and basically assumed he was just an asshole. I'm trying to look on the other side of it. So its nice to hear that he seems more real now; I guess it makes me feel like I'm doing my job right, haha. :]

As for the cat thing, I've never met anyone who actually knows of someone it happened to, but I knew it could happen. That's really creepy and I don't think I'll be letting my cat sleep on my lap for a little while.
