What do you take?

I've been sick since May. My entire health has kind of gone...down hill. And band makes me anxious, not to mention that I had a panic attack at my last concert. Just the lights and things don't do well with my anxiety. Especially being in front of a huge crowd. Not good.
I'm not able to be out in the heat to march and things. I'd faint and be dehydrated.
