But Rupert is good, in my opinion. He's got a nice comedic style and look to him. He's actually very close to what I picture Ron as.

Yeah, I guess I am a happy ending person! I mean, she didn't slap down the ending because she felt tired and wanted to get it over with. It was obviously worked over and over until she was happy with it. I think this book was a bit of an indulgence for Jo. Especially the epilogue.

The movies are okay. I don't like it when movies switch directors for a sequel or series. They all have a different feel for me.

Ha, the epilogue was so sentimental! But I liked it. I really honestly don't think it could have ended any other way. I think everyone got what they deserved and everything happened for a reason. I'm a die-hard defender of the last book... Probably because a lot of people were unhappy with it and I'm just playing devil's advocate. But you really have to look at the series as a whole, and not just separate books.

They're obviously not the most perfect books in the world. But the universe that JKR created is fascinating to me. I see your point, though. I just don't see how the series could have ended in any other way.

The sixth book is actually one of my favorites! Aw, your friend ruined it for you. I hate getting summaries. They're really biased and short and they sort of spoil all the emotion that should be experienced.

I was iffy with bits and parts of the seventh and with pretty much all of the fifth, but overall, the sixth is not a waste in my book. I get emotionally attatched to characters in books that I love... That's why I cried. Eh, HP is not for everyone. I can see where some people wouldn't cry at all.
