I have advice for you: get a notecard notebook. Basically it's these notecards on a spiral, and they're so useful. I used them for a long time for my KC ideas. All you do is you outline the story on one of them, like write a small summary and the warnings and genres you're including. I'll take a pic tomorrow and send it to you so you can see what I'm talking about. XD

With me, I just go over the plot in my head a million times and then start writing, but that's mainly for my THF stuff. My Mibba stuff has been lacking in quality. :/

Oh, yeah, and I'm updating DiNL tonight, too. :) It seems like I'm dragging it but eventually a plot will hit me and I'll start to write along the lines of that. Yeah, if you finish it I'm all for reading it. XD I just hate reading unfinished stories because I have so much stuff I have to keep up with already. ><
