Believing in yourself is the hardest thing in the world but (this is gonna sound cheesy but it's true) if you stay true to yourself then it will get easier.
My dad always tells me always do what you feel coz at the end of the day you have to sleep at night and look at yourself in the mirror in the morning

Basically all you have to do is love yourself and believe in yourself. I know easier said than done but if you no ur a good person then you don't need people to tell you, if you get what I mean and that's wer confidence comes from

I don't think it's about being conscious about it I think once you feel comfortable with yourself you dont' need anyone elses approval you just become outgoing and confident without realising it.
I guess that's what happened to me but it comes with age unfortunalety

No problem I love talking to anyone and everyone about anything and everything.
Like i have an annyoing pimple thing on the side of my tongue. I no it's only a little infection coz of smoking (I work in a chemist) but it's soooo sore.
