You open both images in Photoshop, then click "View > Images > Tile" and they both come up. Then, click the "Move" tool and drag one onto the other. You can crop one to make it bigger and smaller however you want :]

lmao, nono, it's a good question x] Not a lot of people know how it works and whatnot.

A texture is a picture with a cool "texture" on it. Like for the picture I did, I took one that had lots of scratches on it, and put it on the 'photographs' off Gee and April. That's all there is to itttt :]
