Have I ever mentioned that I love that picture of Jamie you have on your profile? I don't think I have. But he looks extra special yummy.

Lucky! I've never had a snow day. That's one thing a kid should experience ONCE in their life: a snow day.

SNOW! I love snow. We never get any here in California. Though I do remember once we went to tahoe, and it was just barely snowing. It was gorgeous when you had teh snow and teh lake and teh sunset/sunrise. But then one of the kids we were staying with left the window open one night. Nearly froze. -.- Way to ruin the best vacation.

Ahaha. Thankfully my mom is completely technology impared, and my dad will have no such thing with chat stuff.
I am proud to say that I am the night owliest.. most night owl like... I stay up the latest at sleep overs. Its so funny because my friend stays up to like 2 am every night. Then, I sleep over at her house, she's out by 11 and I'm stuck watching CSI: Miami reruns until 4 am. I have yet to pull an all nighter though. It's on my list!

See, that's exactly why I don't ump little kids games. the parents chew you out! One little call and they're all like, "That wasn't a strike!" "He was safe!"
So. It's summer vacation, eh? Guess how late my parents let me "stay up"? 10:30. I nearly had to beg my dad to let me stay up til 11 to watch the movie awards. DO they not know that all my other friends stay up to 1 am on SCHOOL nights? Jeez.

Yeah, it's horrible. Like when I go Mother's/Father's Day and birthday shopping, I have to tell them where I'm going. "It ruins the surprise!" Their excuse is that if I somehow die on the side of the road and now one finds me, they can tell the police where I went. Thatnks, Mom&Dad for confidence in my driving skills.
Ugh. Okay, so today I went to my 14 year old cousin's baseball game. I sat in the stands with all the parents. Holy crap! They used every cuss word known to man! I'm like, dude, you're kid is 13, you should not be hammered at 3 pm and shouting absenities at the ump. It was worse than hockey games!

It gets so confusing some times. One moment my mom is like, "Get a job!" and the next my dad won't let me go out after 9 to see a movie. I just want them to make up their minds!

Haha, probably just in DC. But every game, I get stuck in front of the most annoying couple who won't shut up the entire game. And then when our team scares, they jump up and slosh beer everywhere. That's why the floors are always so sticky. That and "oh, sorry. I just came." Not even kidding.

Ouch, groin pulls are the worst. My worst was when I dislocated my knee during a game. But I've never really broken a bone ever *knocks on wood*.

Lucky! My parents still think I'm this sweet innocent angel who doesn't know the word fuck and likes Barney and would never ever have a facebook.
I love post-Christmas shopping! that's when I get most of my next Christmas shopping done! Ahaha.

Lol, the hockey atmosphere. The always looming threat of getting beer dumped on you, and your ass whistled at. Still, I have to say I love it.

Ugh, injuries suck. I therw my shoulder out the first practice of the season, and could barely play an inning in our tournament ( 9 games in two days. And we havd no subs so I HAD to play).
I would love to see more hockey games! But my parents are savers not spenders. My dad bitches about me going to the movies because the prices are so high. And I barely have any money because every time I do manage to save up, ooh look, it's Christmas and I have to buy everyone presents.
How I managed to convince them to get tickets for a Bruins game is beyond me. I think it had something to do with I wasn't going to do anything else in Boston otehr than go look at colleges and he felt sorry for me. The only Sharks game I went to wasn't even with my parents. My friend invited me. And then I got sick during the game which kind of ruined it, but that's a different story.

I never get a break, it's always "do this," and "do that." Not only am I working, but I play competitive softball, which takes up the weekends.
Yeah, I'm a huge Sharks fan. I pretty much live like 20 minutes away from the Tank, and yet I've only been to a game or two. I've been to a Bruins game though! It was beast. My dad got us awesome tickets. The people behind us though were HAMMERED and were talking to each other about getting laid later that night. Not the best first impression for my parents about hockey games.
A Heater series, eh? :) Though he's not my favorite Shark, I'll still be glad to read it.

I totally understand about being busy. For some reason my mom thinks that I need to be more busy in the summer than I was during the school year, so I'm basically volunteering my entire summer away. See you later free time.
Yes! Another Shark fan. Do you know how rare those are on mibba?! There are like 3 stories involving any of the Sharks players. Just because we don't have ten 21-under's doesn't mean you can't like them too!
Heh, heh. I've been story stalking Rina's stuff. I read all of it in like 5 hours, and commented on all of them, then realized that they were all from her.
    Anyway, SHARKS FANS UNITE!

    it would suck a lot!
    non-Russian Ovie would be like...
    a BLT without the bacon.
    chinese takeaway without the fat.
a birthday party without a cake.
    it would be WRONG.
