hehe, and awesome, i dont have much slash on mibba, coz i end up deleting it coz i get bored of it, lol!! i have i deas, i just update a lot, i prefer reading the yumiiness of slash *shifty eyes*

I agree with you that the female vocals add a less personal element, but like you said it doesn’t detract from the emotion of the song. So you’re not weird. Unless we both are. *shrugs* :)

It does feel like we’re losing him all over again. I also think that just because he’s not here anymore, he will continue to live on through the band and his influences will show in any future projects the band does.

Oh, I find it exciting as well. Just knowing that they’re willing to change and grow and try new things is fantastic.

Victim is definitely on the favorites list. And it’s funny cause when I wrote out my last comment to you that was the song I was listening to. I agree with not being too sure about the female vocals, but like with you, they’re growing on me.

Listening to Jimmy was hard because as you listen to him, you realize that’s it, it’s his last work. You know. There’s no more Jimmy and if A7X goes on, he won’t be there to apply his genius to the songs and records. It’s sad but at the same time it’s great because he is on the record, granted not all of it but still, us fans get to have a bit more of him one last time. He was able to contribute to Nightmare and have one last chance to be him and do what he loved to do. Just think about it, could you imagine if he had died before they started recording? And he wasn’t even on this record?

Yeah, I don't like being out in the rain either.

So Far Away was the song I first cried on too. And I agree that Syn should write more. The lyrics definitely are great, and the vocal style on some songs was different but I liked that. I like that they don't always do the same style for every record. I hate when people call them sell outs because they changed their style. The guys are all growing and changing and it shows with their music and they're not afraid to change it up. They're not afraid to try new things with their music and that, in my opinion, is the mark of a great musician/band.

My Favorite song would be.. well it's a tie between So Far Away and Fiction. What about you?

Just read the comment you did on my poetry.

Well I am glad you like it although it really does not compare to yours. It's a work in progress that I'd never got round to editing.

I actually don't think my imagery is all that bad in it but in poetry I can never make the words seem beautiful. When I wrote it I was thinking, hey I'm on a writing site, there's a poetry section, I'm going to write a poem.

I suppose I never really get into writing it. I don't really try because I don't like trying and still finding that it doesn't work.
