    yes i have and you should see them now, long and beatiful!!!!*well not as in of right now, i had a breakdwon and bit some off*
    but some days ago they look so pretty when i put nail polish on them!!!!!i loved them=DDD

    haa thats a start just try making a goal, you know everytime you want to "do it" just think of how theyl'll look all biten and how they'll look long and shiny, then decide which one you prefer.
    also whenever you have the need to do it just try doing something else and forget about it.forget it as much as you can=DD

    i know its hard to stop but just try your best, cause i won't give you a lecture on will power cos i know its fucking hard and even myself won't use it sometimes!!!!
