Lol, its all good. But if you have main characters that are famous then it becomes a Fan Fiction. If it's based on a true life event then it's a True Story and if it comes completely out of no where, ex: a pink elephant becomes friends with a yellow monkey; or something a little more normal but that isn't real or has any famous people as main characters, then it's an Original Fiction.

Your story Emerald Eyes isn't an Original Fiction since it is based on Green Day. The idea/plot may be original, as well as some characters, but since an artist is one of the main characters, then it's a Fan Fiction.
