~Well I haven't gotten into the journalism classes yet. I am currently finishing up my general education courses. First you need like 36 hours of gen eds then you get into your major. I only have two classes of gen eds left after this semester so that's good. By this coming fall I may get into my major and for sure next spring. :P How about you? How's school going?? Anything else new?
Not much new here. Just the usual.... school.... and stufff. :P

~Well it was either drink his own urine or die from dehydration. I would do it... I know I definitely wouldn't want to die in there like that. Good movie. I loved it. Well I am a James Franco girl so yeah haha. ;)

I already watched the Swedish original version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and it was very good. I will move on to watching the second and third swedish film adaptations, but I have to finish the books first. I am halfway through The Girl Who Played with Fire so I'll be watching the movie soon. :P As for the hollywood version of the first one, I'll definitely watch it. I am excited to see how they change things up and stuff. Hopefully they don't butcher it, you know? We'll see. (:

But yeah, I don't mind.

~Yes it's a true story. He cut his arm off because it was trapped under an 800-pound boulder. And yes, he did come across two hikers previously but they only spent a little time together. He and the two girls then went their separate ways. He was alone when he fell and got trapped. And he hadn't told anyone where he was going so no one knew where he was. There would have been no way for him to be saved if he wouldn't have cut his arm off. He tried so many different ways to get the boulder off, but obviously it was impossible since it was so heavy and yeah wow... he cut his arm off with this rusty little knife he had and some pliers. Ah he would pluck each nerve and tendon one by one and dig in his arm, ehhh. The scene is only 3 minutes long but in real life it took him like 45 minutes to sever his arm. I really admire that guy.... very brave and a true will to survive. James Franco did a great job playing him and he was so convincing. Like especially after he cut his arm off, when he hiked his way out and saw the sun again fully for the first time in five days, he just started jumping for joy and ah, I got emotional and kinda cried haha. :( He even started drinking his own urine after like three days of being trapped... he ran out of water and wow.. yeah good movie. Check it out. There are ten movies nominated for the best picture Academy Award. I have seen all except two; The Kids Are Alright and Blue Valentine. So yeah.. haha.
Anyway.... tell me all about school and getting back to playing sports and such. Should be fun. Good luck! :D What else have you been up to? Me... school and studying. Have a history exam on Friday, blahhh. Been reading Stieg Larsson's Millenium trilogy... got done with the girl with the dragon tattoo now reading the girl who played with fire. Black Swan was pretty good. I wouldn't consider it an amazing movie or anything but Natalie Portman's role as Nina Sayers is really good. Good enough to win her the oscar for best actress... which I am pretty sure will happen. But the movie itself isn't like WOWOWOWOWWWW like some people have been saying.
I just wanted to watch most of the oscar nominated films... and I only have a few left. I watched 127 Hours last night. The one with James Franco where he plays Aron Ralston, a hiker who gets trapped in this crevice of a canyon in Utah. an 800-pound boulder lands right on his arm and traps him there for five days so he cuts his arm off to free himself. Very intense and inspirational story. I loved it... I was nervous all throughout, anticipating the self-amputation scene. All these people have been saying how gruesome and disturbing it is so I was like ahhh. But it wasn't bad at all... but realistic. Man, James Franco did such a great job as Aron Ralston... he is nominated for the oscar... I want him to win... but I know Colin Firth will for The King's Speech. Which is a good movie as well but I liked 127 Hours better... but yeah, ramblingggg.

~LOL yeah I can't think of statuses much either. Like really, do people give a shit anyway? NOPE. So it just annoys me when people go on and on and on about their boring lives. No one cares if you are looking for a parking spot at the mall or if you're watching the season finale of The Closer and you're so sad it's over. lol... seriously. Now yeah it's fine to post things but not excessively. That just gets annoying. Facebook is so annoying overall lol. Ugh haha.
Tell me how the family get-together goes. :P Ugh yeah, many assignments going on, But on the bright side, I got an A on the first written assignment in my graphic literature class. He was saying how many people got C's and D's and basically saying people in the class are shit writers haha. So I was like :/. But then I picked my paper on I was like phewww... ahhh. :) He is pretty critical and tough so I was worried. And will always be every time I turn an assignment or paper in lmao.
Anyway.... not sure what I will do this weekend.... it's a three-day weekend. No school monday... yayyy. We'll see. :) Anything else new? (:

~Yeah mibba is kinda dead. I just check it quickly and get off after a second lol. The whole social networking stuff is annoying to me now lol. I hardly really update things. Like I hate when peple update their status on Facebook or twitter like every five seconds. So annoying. It's like stfu, bitch lol.
Oh yessss..... I have assignments indeed. Tons of reading for my classes and written things as well. Blahhh stressed out. Just want time to fly by already. I got a large shoulder bag and replaced by backpack since it was hurting my back. So now it feels better... and it's cute haha. :P
Yeah the updates will arrive. I simply can't leave a story unfinished. No way lol. So what's been going on with you? How has the break been for you? Oh those 4 weeks should fly by so no worries. :)
