Thank you for your comment on "I Invited You In." As it happens I did mispell façade, I always seem to, don't ask me why, but thanks for catching that for me.
There really isn't a story behind the piece, but it's good to know that to readers there seems to be. I guess that just makes it believable.
I hope you're interested in my poem to maybe someday read through the list (there's alot of them!) and I will take time to look through yours.

Mary. lol quite contrary... sigh... but yes I play Cello :) I love every minute of it! :) But hmmm... It's weird... Perhaps we could continue this in a private message.... that might be better... Things are getting quite personal here... I'll pm you?

I didn't used to have a thing for Asians. In fact, I wasn't in to much of anything Asian until the end of high school. My friend threw a manga series at me because she told me it was my life in a nutshell. lol. That hooked me on manga and wanting to learn Japanese (which I know the elementary basics of now). At the end of high school, the same friend bothered me for up to half a year to get me to watch a particular music video. I laughed so hard, but the song got stuck in my head and I had to go back and listen to it again--and again, and again. lol. Thus, Kpop entered my life and took over. Can't say I'm not glad, though. Every time I find a new artist, though, I laugh at their MVs. lolol. I don't know why, but they're so funny the first time around.
I just want my mom to be happy and to have someone understand and accept me. That's the only dream I've got. Unfortunately, one is more difficult than the other.
Virginia, huh? Beautiful state. I've been there once whilst traveling. I haven't, however, been to Herndon. I'll have to look that one up. lol
Right now, I'm just going to community college. I was ready and rearing to go to Michigan State at the end of HS, but my mom decided to get a divorce--which I preferred much more--and she needed me. I couldn't leave. I'm majoring in Creative Writing and loving every minute of it. I don't like having to do the Gen Ed in between, though. =_='
I can see that you love music (your avatar says it all lol). Choir made me love and appreciate music. It also made it easier to play my instruments. haha. I saw that you play the cello?! I LOVE the cello. I can't play it because I'm too tiny, but I love the flow and resonance. It's so romantic and sad. *sighs dreamily*
I don't really watch anime. The last one I got hooked on was Lovely Complex. I'm more into KDrama and manga. I haven't had time to watch an anime or KDrama as of late, however. What about you? And sorry my message is so long! >///< By the way, what is your name? My name is Mary.

Lol a thing for asians aye? haha wouldn't be the first time I've heard that. Lol well with such an open mind as yours i am sure that you will eventually find your own dreams. I will post a picture I promise sometime soon! :) I hail from the village of Herndon inside the kingdom of virginia ;D I figured that you have had some college due to your age, however which? and what major? :) My dreams are.. well I guess to immerse myself within writing and music. That would be heaven to surround myself constantly with both. And Of course I will respond. It is people like you that brighten my day and I love to correspond with the most intellectual individuals! :)

Uh-oh. . Korean, huh? I have a thing for Asians. Not good. lol. Just kidding. Seriously, though, I'm so hooked on K-pop and Kdrama it's not even funny. It's the only thing I go fan-girl over and makes me squeal on the inside--which never happens. I'm not kidding. I'm such a tomboy it's scary. (You should post a picture of yourself. I should update mine, too.)
But thank you. I don't draw often. It's only when I'm upset or feel kind of empty. Anyway. That's not important. I just don't draw frequently.
I "habit" California. I'm originally from Ohio, but Fate and an evil stepmonster decided to change that. I like it out here, though I hate not having four seasons. The people are wonderfully open-minded and accepting. Also, I've graduated high school (obviously, I'm 21, after all) and I've had some college, though I've missed a semester due to certain circumstances. I plan on going back this fall, though--with hope. Um, passions. . Dreams. . I don't have any. I haven't for a long time. I don't know when I lost them or what moment it was that changed me, but I just don't have ambitions or dreams anymore. I'm realistic, but things could be worse. I just want to write. It doesn't matter if my work never gets anywhere; I just want to get out of me.
What about you? Where do you hail from? ;] What are your dreams? And don't worry about responding with prompt. Everyone has a life and sometimes it gangs up on us. Besides, my messages are long. I'll understand if you don't respond at all. lol

Sorry I have not responded in awhile. But I've been quite busy! :) Your pictures ^o^ Amazing!!!!! :) You are amazingly talented and sooo... individual... Oh and btw :P I'm Korean. Haha, but I haven't had time to post a picture of me yet. Once again like you I should do that haha.... :P Sigh... So where do you habit? LOLZ what edjumucation have you had? and what is your passion/dreams?

In the end, there's nothing but the little things in life to make a person happy, so I might as well stop and pay attention to them. ^^
Music is a wonderful thing to wrap your life around. It can be the release needed for the lows in life and the inspiration to reach the highs. Music is the soul, after all. I haven't heard that song (I'm rather attached to Korean Pop music, for some reason); I'll have to look it up. I don't have a favorite song, though. Oddly enough, I love certain songs too much to even decided a favorite.
No need to apologize--it's not your fault I've got weird hours. lol. It's my boss. I wish he would have told me BEFORE he signed me up for Inventory, but what can you do? I do have the day off, but, of course, I'm using it to sleep. XP
I do paint, though it's rare. I haven't done so for a very long time. I play my piano more often than I paint, or my penny whistle, or just draw. Mostly, I write, though. I love to write more than anything. I have a few pictures on here that I've drawn, but I haven't uploaded my most recent. . . I should do that. . Hmmm. . Anyway. I hope you have had a good day. Keep that smile!

It's nice to find someone to discuss the secrets and more trivial things in life with. Someone to relate with. THank you for starting out my blessed day with a smile. :) And yes. Music is my life. And always... :D gosh I love this song "Boston" ~ Augustana... <3 But I am sorry you are working so late... Do you have the day off? lol? That seems rough.... And you paint? Do you have any samples? :)

Don't worry about lengthy replies. I write too much and love long replies. =] Right now, I'm on Inventory crew for the stores around my valley. It's insanely tiring! However, it's completely worth it--most of the time. lol. Unfortunately, the schedule is for overnights starting at 9pm and going to 5:45am. The worst part is, though, we work until we meet our quota for the night, which has left us working until at least seven in the morning every day. =_='
But holy poop! That's a lot on your plate. Ahhhh, music. I miss those days. I took four years of consecutive advanced choir. I loved every minute of it. All of the theory and singing on stage was the greatest feeling. Nothing compares to it.. But, yes, life needs a "breathe" button. I'm constantly telling people to "just breathe" all the time. lol. They seem to forget. ^^ Poetry is a great way to release. Painting, too, and singing as well. Nothing beats good music.

Thank you soo much and I totally understand about the being busy with work thing. I am scraping my brains out trying to do advanced diploma high school stuff while auditioning for college with music and applying for scholarships while working on the weekends to help pay for college... Sigh life needs a pause button to just breathe... I guess that is where Poetry comes in... :) But anyway lol after that lengthy explanation. Thank you :)

Thanks so much for the comment on my poem "Memory". I'm glad you enjoyed reading it. (I feel it was a little short, too, and actually had another verse written out, but it didn't fit right so I took it out.) I'm busy with work right now, but when I have time, I'll definitely take a look at your work.

I just find certain sentences or paragraphs in the book beautiful :)

It's about this lady and her life. I can't really explain it very well, but it's definitely good haha :) I love how the author words things.
