im trying to think of ways people could spell Mary wrong...

Yeah, i think there should be a time limit to it. Once you know someone for at least a year, you should know how to spell/pronounce their name right! I've wanted to go by my middle name too. It's Mary, really really common, haha

I know [i]exactly[/i] how you feel! about the 'ine' thing... I don't understand how people mix up 'lyn' with 'line' , they sound nothing, nor look anything alike :/

my sixth grade teacher called me Idoline the whole ENTIRE year, i was like are you kidding me? and lots of people pronounce the 'I' in my name like 'id' and not 'eye'... it gets sooo aggrivating, and plus my last name is weird as hell too...haha
