I honestly have no clue how I am going to end this, but I did get a little inspiration from this movie I saw today! I don't remember what it was called, but it is going to be brutal! I want to kill somebody in the story, but I am not sure who.

Anyways, no it isn't Sally who died. Something else happened with her and Dahvie.
Dahvie actually wrote the song "fallen star" about the girl who died, which is in one of the previous chapters (the one he sung at the free sing that Catie sung in)
So I just learned that a little bit ago so I added that. I thought it showed a whole other side to who Dahvie was and is. Sorry for blabbing, but yea :D
