That's hilarious!!
cymbalutist. I'll have to remember that one. I normally do that for the clarinets. I tell really bad stories, but they've all graduated, so it doesn't count against me. hehe.
Ahh cymbols!! Our concert cymbol player can't read music so he misses cues all of the time. It's aweful and I can't stand it. Our director had to tell him how to 1. play the cymbols and 2. look for the cues.
No, I completely understand. I normally get out of it, but this year I (unfortunately) didn't have any conflicts to take me away from it. It was pretty warm, for november, but still slightly cold. I don't even want to think of what it would be like to march with a flute (talk about frozen!!!)
I love pep band!!! Unfortnately we lost our AMAZING drummer last year, so it wasn't as fun this year as last. Let's just say that our new set player needs to learn how to follow a director and where all of the cut offs are.
Thanks so much for the story comment! So glad you like it! :D
Haha, our excuse for using 'Slapahoe' as the camp name is that it means 'music' in some ancient language. Not really, but . . . ya know. xD And Brianne came up with the name. Not sure how though. xD
It's Brianne's turn to update; you'll love her chapter as well. c:
YES!!!!!!!!!!!! hahaha, this makes me happy. you can live. and I loved the Green Day input there. THEY ROCK!!!!! do you like the band My Chemical Romance? (and if yes, do you like the slash pairing Frerard, meaning frank and gerard?)
