I'm horrible at explaining things, but I'll try. Well.... in your CSS section, anything that looks like [b]color:#000000;[/b] will change the color of something in your layout.

You can see some colors here: http://www.immigration-usa.com/html_colors.html

I suggest just playing around with the colors until you figure out what specific codes changes what. That's how I learned.
