i have the exact same problem as you
i should be revising but i dont have any motivation to get up and open my books
(thats why i posted a journal to help make me feel less guilty about it hah im such a loser)
but i think if you just start on it like open up word document or whatever and then i think it will help you with actually doing it (if that makes sense).
