Yeah! It's a public holiday and people usually have family get togethers with barbeques and picnics and things like that. What do you usually do on Thanksgiving? I never really understood it.February 28th, 2010 at 06:52am

I'm the one on the left with brown hair. :) And the substitute for Walmart is Woolworths (or Woolies). And it's not a school trip, it's like a holiday sort of thing where you can choose to go, and where on the West coast. And I think you'd love Australia. Sun, sun and more sun. Sunny Christmas's, sunny New Year's and we have Australia and no Thanksgiving. We're quite different. XDFebruary 25th, 2010 at 04:47am

That's okay, I've been busy too. No, I'd never had Hershey's before (it took me 16 years!). They're not the main chocolate brand in Oz and you can't even get them in a normal supermarket (which, by the way, we don't have Walmart either.). And I'm coming to America with my school as a holiday, and my best friend is coming too. :) Can't wait!February 24th, 2010 at 05:02am

Hey Aly! It's the Aussie girl! Haha. Just thought I'd stop by and see how you're going. :) And guess what???!!! I had Hershey's Kisses, Hershey's Cookies N Creme chocolate, and Reeses Peanut Butter Cups. YUM!! They were from a little sweet shop in my local plaza. I feel like a partial American now. XD. But I need to prepare myself anyway since I'm coming to San Diego, San Fran and LA in January 2010.
Well, that is my comment, and hope to hear from you soon. :)February 19th, 2010 at 11:00am -
