yeah, me too. When i was 11, I had such a big crush on this boy on m swim team. Everybody on the team knew it. I invited him to my 11th birthday party, and he accepted. The day before my party, my neighbor took my phone and called him. I was unaware. She pretended to be me, and she told him i liked him. The next day he called me back, and said he wasn't allowed to date. He didn't come to my party. then, a week or 2 later at practice, he was bragging about his girlfriend. He really was allowed to date, he just didn't like me. We still don't talk to this day. I realize now what a jerk he is.

that is weird! but maybe he didn't want to talk to you during the 3 years because he knew you liked him, and he thought it might have been awkward
