It is good that you have been considering confronting Kyle. I don't believe you are a wimp for not doing so already. You seem like a people pleaser who was just stuck in the middle of this bad situation, not really your fault in retrospect. I know that being a people pleaser is the demise of my uniqueness.

I guess that my friend may be like Kyle in some ways, but I feel like I am lucky because so far he has lived by the forgive and forget moto. I feel like he would have talked to me eventually. For me it is just middle school drama and I didn't want to drag it on through the year. I want to make the most of this year cuz I'm moving.

Does this guy have like abandonment issues or something? It seems like he is a lichen clinging to you, slowly wearing you down. Don't let him succeed! Course you won't, you have expressed your disinterest. I obsessed a little over a boy last year. Whats worse is I had his number. ^-^ he finally got to me by telling me he didn't like me. Then a week later he gave me full closure telling me that he would never change, never like me, and that he wanted me to leave him alone. If you haven't tried this maybe it could work? Maybe? I knew it scared me away from this guy. But who knows, I hope the realization hits him in the head like an anvil, he's just a creep. Why would he ever think you were from Texas? Stupid non-observant boys.
