We're unhappy here. Rent is high and the management and maintenance teams are kind of blah. We're not getting what we're paying for. And we've had several major issues with the place due to the lack of assistance provided by both the management and maintenance crews.

Already, this new apartment complex has proven themselves as dedicated to us by touching base with us after we came in to see the apartments by sending us an email, then sending us a card as well, and after we turned in the application she called us to go over specifics. Then yesterday when I turned in the deposit on it she told me other people had been inquiring about the apartment and were ready to put a deposit on it, but she held it for us because we were there first, which doesn't typically happen.

Haha. You better feel special! We were listening to the news in the car and the minute this story comes on I think "Oh. this.is.bliss is going into teaching. She might find this interesting." xD

That's awesome! Any particular reason you guys are switching apartments?

Yeah. Technology has its ups and downs, lol. You have to take the time to figure it out, which is annoying if you aren't interested in it in the first place.

I still have no idea how the snow came about. The only thing I can think of to blame is climate change, lol. Because really, it makes no sense.
