    I mean WOW, You are a really talented individual. The tone of the poem made cry a little on this inside because I can relate to this. How you want someone not to leave but Alas! You have to let them go. The part "My tears fall on my words" it was so symbolic. Great Job!!

    I love the poem generally, its a nice idea and it flows well, however at this part
    "I've known you forever and I've loved you 'till.
    You've been the best friend I've always needed.
    I have your trust, I have your love, but what I need the most I won't have for long."
    The flow kind of breaks and you have to regain it at some point.

    And to be picky, you have father down in the fifth line; you mean further?
    The poem was beautiful though. :)
