This really excited yet saddened me because it's so relatable and it made me really think about how many people might also think like this - whether it be from time to time, only rarely or even every day.
Our minds can be so complicated and fascinating yet self-loathing and undoing, and this poem perfectly highlighted this across to me.
While somebody may associate someone else with one word (i.e. positive) I think we all know deep-down, just as this poem shows, that there's often opposing ways of thinking, relating and deciding in one person alone.
I found it clever how you used one object; a mirror, to full advantage here. You didn't confirm that the narrator is referring to herself until the very end which built the suspense beautifully and delivered a powerful last verse.
This poem gives consolation to those with little to no self esteem, reminding them that they must believe in themselves. It gives the reader realisation and also allows the reader to sympathise, or empathise, with the narrator indirectly.
I really like the concept of this
and how it's trying to encourage yourself
instead of these depressing poems I see most of the time
Quite liked this :D

Wonderful work!
