This is awesome. I like how you kind of downgrade it at the end with those simple lines: "Falling stars. Falling hearts. Falling lives." Beautiful.

I enjoyed this. The metaphors are great.
I love the line "Words wrap around my body in a twisted, grotesque internal lullaby." there is a lot of imagery in that line, it makes me want to paint.
