I really like the flow you've got in this one. The poem goes really smoothly. My favorite part was this:

She holds my heart
I’m not getting it back
She can have it forever
If it means well stay together
Really great.

Lovely. Very lovely. In stanza two the word Well, I think you ment We'll. You just missed the ' sign. Anyways I loved the ryhmes and the poem. It tells a very sad yet adorable story. Very well done. I think you can also make this into a story as well.
