I love the message to this, and the "it gets better" vibe. <3 The rhyming scheme was good, though there were some points where the flow was interrupted in order to make the words rhyme and that made it kind of awkward. Overall though, I like to see a poem with a more uplifting message. =)

i think i love this poem more than life itself. It isn't too long and you've used the perfect words. In my mind, the poem isn't an inspiration, the poet is = You are. Keep on writing! Bl00dCurs3d xo

Dude. I think I love you. That was the most inspiring poem I've read in a long time. I actually felt the chord it struck inside me. I kind of feel like a super hero now, hehe. You have an amazing way with words and I must admit I'm jealous. Most writer's can throw around all these words, just to show how knowledgable or passionate they are, yet, you top their work a million times over, just because your words carry so much more meaning than theirs. This really is a gorgeous poem. One of the best things I've read today. :) <33

I think it works as a song. I read it with a distinct rhythm and it seems very lyrical in my head, the way the notion of the hero repeats in the second verse and then in the last. It makes me think of actual superheros, actually. The ones that are fleshed out and have problems and aren't perfect. It sort of focuses on the humanity of heroes rather than just their feats, which is nice and unique.
