I normally don't like reading free verse poems, but I really liked this one. It was very well-written. I can definently relate. I lost someone close. It's obvious that you wrote this straight from the heart, and things written from the heart are always the best. Keep on writing poems, they're good! =)

I loved this, this is one I can relate to. My uncle passed away three years ago, he was only in his twenties. The last sentence of the first stanza lost me a little. This is a very detailed poem, it shows the emotions perfectly.

There a few errors, but all in all good job. Oh how we all miss him and it just put me back in time when I first found out that he was gone. Your poem took me back on how every fan felt in that matter. How we all ached to see him go. Very powerful. Keep on on writing your heart out and the rest will fall into place. <3

Firstly, I liked the structure of the poem, but there were few grammatical mistakes here and there. The play of emotions were executed nicely, however. It made the poem seem like it was a part of a greater story; like it was an excerpt to a tragedy. There were some lines where more fitting words could have been used instead, but this is just as well. I personally like it; very easy to read and it's not one of those poems where the writer is overdoing the description to make a good imagery. Keep writing, this is very good.

    Awe, this is sad.
But I like how much emotion there is in it.
