Wow, that's all I can really say.
I went through the same thing with a guy..
Those memories will always be there, which kind of sucks but you adjust and learn how to not think about them as much.

Wonderful, powerful poem, you did very well. Best poems in my opinion come from pain and you portraited it so very well here. Bravo.
